Role & Company / Project Overview: Cyan Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced, senior-level SRE Platform Engineer for an immediate interview opportunity. The Platform Management team is part of the Wealth Management Organization, responsible for managing technology platforms used by the division such as operating systems, public and private cloud, web, and middleware components like Business Process Management, Operational Decision Manager, and Process Federation Server. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage complex platforms and frameworks like private and public cloud, and middleware platforms (IBM BPM, ODM, Process Federation Server) • Support large technology projects, hygiene activities, platform upgrades, and rollouts at scale • Work closely with development teams to containerize applications and ensure scalability, performance, and security of the OpenShift cluster • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using UrbanCode Deploy, Harness, Jenkins, Artifactory, and HashiCorp tools • Monitor platform health and resolve issues related to deployments, scaling, and network connectivity • Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement security best practices (RBAC, image scanning) • Utilize DevOps tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub, Ansible) to manage deployments • Lead platform enhancement activities and automate processes using Python, JavaScript, Bash, Ksh, and Perl • Provide guidance to development teams on Kubernetes best practices and platform usage • Resolve production incidents, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call coverage as necessary • Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Support release deployments and collaborate on data quality and governance objectives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 to 8 years of relevant platform engineering / SRE experience • IBM BPM / ODM and Process Federation Server • WebSphere • Kubernetes & OpenShift • Linux (CentOS / Red Hat) & Windows • Jenkins / TeamCity • Git / BitBucket / SVN • Scripting skills in Bash / Ksh / Perl / Python / JavaScript • File Transfer Components & Protocols • Distributed DB2 LUW • CI/CD & DevOps practices • Cloud & Platform Engineering Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) • Employment: C2C & W2 Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation with flexible engagement models Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
