• Role & Company / Project Overview Oasis International School, Al Ain is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team and support the learning and development of our young learners in early childhood education. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored for early childhood development. - Support and nurture the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners. - Maintain positive, effective classroom management to ensure a safe, engaging, and caring learning environment. - Observe, assess, and document children's progress and communicate regularly with parents and school leadership. - Foster an inspiring, creative approach to early years learning. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in any field / Early Childhood Education. - B.Ed / Early Childhood Education qualification is mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience. - Must meet all ADEK requirements for the position. - Strong classroom management and effective communication skills. - Caring, creative, and engaging approach to early years education. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - Work Setup: Onsite school campus. • Application Instructions - If you are passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a positive impact, apply by sending your CV to the school recruitment email.
