• Role & Company / Project Overview: CIEL HR is hiring an MIS Executive – Spares to support the Service & After-Sales function with accurate reporting, inventory tracking, and operational coordination in Ahmedabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly spares MIS reports. Track spare requests, dispatches, receipts, replacements, and pending requirements. Monitor ageing, backlog, stock availability, and Minimum Stock Level (MSL). Track depot/city-wise spare inventory and critical spares. Coordinate with Service, Stores, Logistics, Plant, and other cross-functional teams. Identify stock shortages, delayed dispatches, and data discrepancies. Prepare dashboards, management reports, and exception reports. Support inventory planning and resolve service-related escalations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, BBA, or related field. 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong MS Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS). Demonstrated experience in MIS reporting and dashboard preparation. Solid background in inventory and spares tracking. Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems. Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up capabilities with keen attention to detail. Preferred industry background: EV / EV Charging, Automotive, Electrical Equipment, After-Sales Service, Spare Parts, Inventory, or Supply Chain. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: Full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. • Compensation & Benefits: CTC: 4 LPA (INR 4,00,000 per annum). • Application Instructions: Eligible and interested candidates can send their updated CV via email.
